Where at least 28 days notice of full cancellations has been given:
OPTION A - Full credit of deposit to a future booking
OPTION B - Refund of deposit less $20 administration fee.
Where less than 28 days notice has been given or for partial cancellation:
If site/cabin/house is rebooked then Option A or B are applicable.
If site/cabin is not rebooked, no refund is made.
OFF PEAK:-
SITES - Deposits will be refunded irrespective of the notice period for cancellations, less $20 administration fee.
CABIN/HOUSE - As above for peak periods. SORRY, PETS NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARK
